  And stop by this morning for a cup of coffee. It had been some time since I've been to a McDonalds. I'd forgotten how nice and friendly the customers could be and that she had a very good cup of coffee. In the end it's still McDonald's, but this McDonald's however it was still a pleasant surprise to realize that customer service is not dead in fast food

  I drive through here every morning and every morning the line is 5 to 6 cars long while Julie performs her morning talk show routine "Hi my name is Julie and I'll be taking your order this morning what can I get you?" You can get me a new drive thru attendant cause I don't care who you are I just want my food so I can get to work on time!! She then takes your order and reads the items back to you , gives you the grand total, "Is that correct?" and asks you to "please drive around to the first window." When you get there she continues taking orders while you wait for her to take your money. She cannot obviously chew gum and walk at the same time. She then thanks you for coming in and wishes you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Lovely Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday- whatever before hoping you come again. Well if you don't get rid of her I won't Not what anyone wants to hear at 7am or any time of day to be truthful. She's ridiculous.

  While this McDonald's accepts custom ordered food, the results are often unacceptable. They either ignore the request altogether, or prepare the custom order incorrectly. Now, I have had correct orders, and the food was also fresh and delicious, but these results are too far apart to consider this McDonald's acceptable. When I do visit, I'm forced to check my food thoroughly before leaving: however, I'm pretty sure this is standard practice at most fast-food restaurants.

  To thom logue on his previous post,,,THOM seriously, what are you complaining about? ,,you sound so dumb ,,you are telling us you don't like it when someone is efficent and friendly?
  Julie is the best worker there! ..Some people actually like it when someone tells them to have a nice day!
