  More of the same. Fast service, employed are top notch. But the place is hanging from their laurels. Sports and those actually not bad, easily forgotten crab fries. Highlight of your experience. As a while the establishment is too corporate mentality. Who are the owners or even who manages the joint. Same reason Applebee's and chili's isn't fairing well in today's currency. No offense. I'm being honest of my experience. The original conceptualists of this venue probably have enough loot to give up and allow a new growth to be the hot thing.

  I rquested some water. The water I received had leftover residue from Hawaiian Punch. I brought it to the manager's attention and he replaced my class of water with a lighter pink class of water.

  Honestly, this place is terrible. I don't usually write a negative review but this experience was deserving of one. So about a month ago, my work decided to have a party and everything went fine that night with a party of 20 people. A group of friends and I decided to go out so I thought lets go there and book that same area I had for my work party, so we did. Party of about 16-18. Our reservation was made 3 weeks ahead of time. No worries right? An hour before our reservation, I get a call asking if I can be moved to "2 booths" - I said no, I want the area I planned on having for the past 3 weeks. She said okay, and we hung up. My friends show up before I did and said "So they are sitting us in 2 booths" - instantly I called in and asked how does this happen, I just spoke to someone and they asked me and I declined that option. She puts me on hold and by the time I get connected, I am walking in the front door (10 minute hold / drive) . So I walk in and theres about 6 parties in the section I requested. I instantly became furious with this and she guides me to a booth and a table. The booth sits half our party and the table across from us sits the other half. Obviously this was not the plan. I wanted to be in the section where we could stand, talk, etc. not just sit in a booth and only be able to talk to half my friends who I dont see. She offers us a free round of crab fries - thanks a lot! .. place is a joke. If I make a reservation - how can you change it 1 hour before I show up !!!

  I was expecting good things from this place, and I got moldy clams. I asked for them to take the clams away, and the manager said we had ate most of them.... When in reality, there was nothing in the clam shells! Empty promises. The waitress was nice but the manager was no help at all. Oh and to top it off they fought tooth and nail for me to pay for the moldy clams. Wtf?
